En Rosewood Villa Magna se precisa incorporar a un/a Hostess en el departamento de F&B:
Responsabilidades:
- Recibir a los clientes.
- Proporcionar un servicio excepcional, en persona, por correo electrónico y por teléfono.
- Sentar a los clientes y controlar el flujo de clientes en el establecimiento.
- Responder a las preguntas de los clientes.
- Proporcionar apoyo analítico y herramientas de toma de decisiones al equipo de liderazgo.
Perfil:
- Capacidad excepcional de atención al cliente.
- Dominio de castellano e inglés.
- Gran atención al detalle.
