We are looking for an experienced and professional Host/Hostess to join our team at a state-of-the-art office space located in Clyde Place Lane, Glasgow. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
• Managing visitor check-ins and directing guests to the appropriate meeting rooms or contacts.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception and lobby area.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including managing bookings, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
• Monitoring and replenishing supplies in reception and communal areas.
• Supporting events and meetings, ensuring guests have a positive experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar front-of-house or hospitality role.
• A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (required).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
