As a Host at Verace, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You’ll manage reservations, greet guests with a warm welcome, and ensure that the dining area runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage reservations and maintain the seating chart.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
• Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory (min 2 years)
• Knowledge of Opentable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing great customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
