As a Host at The Old Orchard you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests effectively, optimizing seating arrangements.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand area.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide menu information, and assist with special requests.
• Monitor the waiting list and provide accurate wait times to guests.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
• Uphold company standards for customer service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a host or hostess role is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong desire to create memorable experiences.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during busy periods.
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
