Job Overview
We are seeking Hot Mix Asphalt professionals to support all phases of asphalt paving, and quality control. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in asphalt paving operations who take pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

• Operate, maintain, or support hot mix asphalt paving operations
• Assist with start-up, shutdown, and daily production activities
• Monitor mix quality, temperatures, and production rates
• Work closely with plant operators, foremen, truck drivers, and paving crews
• Load trucks, manage material flow, and ensure proper delivery timing
• Perform routine maintenance, cleanup, and troubleshooting of equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and jobsite protocols
• Support paving operations including screed, roller, lute, and labor positions as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hot mix asphalt paving operations
• Understanding of asphalt materials, equipment, and processes
• Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and in outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to cross-train and assist in multiple roles
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
