Service Technician / Water Care Technician
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

At HealthMate Hot Tubs, our Service Technicians ensure an outstanding experience for all owners of our hot tubs, swim spas, pools, saunas, and other wellness products. Our team provides elite customer service, proactively addressing issues while also supporting our internal staff. We are committed to safety and excellence in every aspect of our work.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly and monthly spa water care (training available)
• Perform water balancing and pool cleaning for a pre-assigned group of customers
• Maintain performance goals set by management
• Complete and maintain training/certifications to repair hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Working Conditions

• Outdoor work in all weather (heat, humidity, cold, wind, inclement weather)
• Regular lifting and carrying of 50 lbs.
• Occasional out-of-town travel

Qualifications

• Previous hot tub or pool experience required
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Flexible schedule availability
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical skills a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must pass MVR, background check, and drug screening
