About the Role

Hands-on finance role responsible for all aspects of the hotel's finance function. The successful candidate will undertake daily operational accounting while assisting with management accounts, budgeting, reporting and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily income audit and cash, bank & credit card reconciliations.
  • Process supplier invoices, purchase ledger and supplier payments.
  • Manage debtors and credit control.
  • Balance sheet and control account reconciliations.
  • Payroll support and Revenue returns.
  • Journals and monthly management accounts.
  • Budgeting, forecasting and annual audit support.
  • Monitor purchasing controls and prepare management reports.
  • Support all finance office activities as required.

About The Role

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified/part-qualified Accountant or Accounting Technician.
  • 3–5 years' finance experience; hospitality desirable.
  • Hands-on with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge (Sage, Procure Wizard, Timepoint, Guestline)
  • Excellent communication skills and high integrity.
