We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hotel Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and ensure our guests enjoy a world-class experience in every sip.

About The Role

Role Overview:
As our Hotel Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar service within the hotel, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving revenue through innovative offerings and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the hotel bar, including staffing, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train bartenders and bar staff to uphold 4-star service.
• Monitor stock, place orders, and manage stock levels to ensure cost control.
• Design and update seasonal drinks menus in collaboration with the Operations team.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol licensing regulations.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage and Events teams to support hotel-wide operations and special functions.

Required Criteria

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a bar management role
