Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Duty Manager, Hotel Supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of budgeting, stock control and compliance requirements
• Valid RSA

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising daily hotel and motel operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensuring high standards of guest service, presentation and cleanliness.
• Managing front office, housekeeping and food & beverage coordination.
• Handling guest enquiries, complaints and special requests professionally.
• Monitoring staff performance and providing guidance and training.
• Preparing and managing staff rosters.
• Assisting with reservations, check-ins and check-outs when required.
• Overseeing stock control, purchasing and cost management.
• Maintaining accurate financial and operational records.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.
• Supporting management in achieving revenue and operational targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
