We will provide all free trainings to great candidate.

Seasonal positions are until end of October 2026.

Front Desk($19 per hour+ Bonus). Check in and out for the guests. Reservation over the phone and online. Respond to guest queries and requests. Helping Laundry and folding beddings/sheets/towels etc. Help cleaning rooms when busy

Stella's Gelato and Cafe is also Hiring

Greeting all customers, Making and serving espresso ,coffee drinks, light food to the customers. Serving Gelato to the customers etc.($18 per hour + tips )

Hours full time 30-44 hours/week

Summary

As a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing reservations, handling phone , and addressing guest inquiries. Your hospitality experience will be essential in creating memorable stays for our guests. Additionally, your premium skills in multilingual communication and phone etiquette will enhance guest interactions, while your dedication to guest services will contribute to the overall success of our hotel. • Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
