Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide professional assistance during check-in and check-out processes
  • Manage reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly and solutions-oriented approach
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room assignments
  • Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multiple communication channels and guest interactions
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest services
  • Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally in a hospitality-focused manner

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving our diverse clientele
  • Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for night audit shifts or peak times
  • Familiarity with resort or hotel environments that emphasize guest relations and hospitality excellence

Pay: $10.75 - $11.50 per hour
