Job Description: Front Desk Agent
True Blue Hospitality operates six hotels in the Charleston, SC area. We seek customer service oriented, highly motivated team members to join us in our quest to provide award winning service. Current front desk positions are available in Mount Pleasant at the beautiful Holiday Inn Express and Suites near the Isle of Palms Connector. Great opportunities for people-oriented, mature, hard workers with TEAM in mind (Together Everyone Achieves More).
- Work part time. 2 p.m. - 10 p.m.
- Answer guest requests and deliver service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform functions of front desk agent: check in, billing, book reservations, manage flow of guests in and out of property management system.
- Experience in a hotel is preferred but not mandatory
- Provide award winning customer service.
- Always wear company provided uniform and nametag
- Have good, reliable transportation and a working phone.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
