Hotel Front Desk Clerk- Part Time

This position is for PART TIME employment for Night Audit (10pm-8am). We're looking for an individual with an upbeat, outgoing personality who has customer service experience and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. The applicant chosen will become a part of our front desk team at our hotel. Job duties include: resolving customer complaints, checking guest in and out of the hotel, fixing billing issues, communicating with all department heads.

Qualifications: -Customer service experience-Hospitality front desk experience preferred-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel-Outgoing Personality-Must poses problem solving and critical thinking skills
