The Role
As General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth running across all departments. You will balance strategic leadership with a willingness to be actively involved, working alongside our close-knit team to maintain high service standards and a welcoming atmosphere.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support all teams across front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa and maintenance.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and foster long-term guest relationships.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
- Manage reservations, occupancy, and room yield to maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
- Contribute to marketing, community engagement, and business development efforts.
- Maintain the family values and personal touch that set our hotel apart.
About You
- Previous experience in hotel management or a senior supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen and confidence with budgeting and reporting.
- A customer-first mindset and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to problem-solving.
