Hotel General Manager - Villa Rose Hotel

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on General Manager who shares our values and passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

The Role
As General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth running across all departments. You will balance strategic leadership with a willingness to be actively involved, working alongside our close-knit team to maintain high service standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support all teams across front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa and maintenance.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and foster long-term guest relationships.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
• Manage reservations, occupancy, and room yield to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Contribute to marketing, community engagement, and business development efforts.
• Maintain the family values and personal touch that set our hotel apart.

About You

• Previous experience in hotel management or a senior supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen and confidence with budgeting and reporting.
• A customer-first mindset and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
• Flexible, adaptable, and committed to problem-solving.
