Why You’ll Love This Role
As a Group Servicing Coordinator, you’ll be the key connector between our clients, on-property teams, and Sales Managers. This is the ideal opportunity for a superstar Front Desk Supervisor or Sales Coordinator ready to take the next step—supporting multiple hotels nationwide, all while working from home.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring group programs are flawlessly executed, from contract to completion. Your ability to communicate clearly, anticipate needs, and stay on top of details will make you an invaluable part of our success.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the liaison between clients, hotel operations, and the remote sales team to ensure smooth group execution.
- Prepare and distribute detailed group resumes to hotel teams.
- Maintain effective written communication with operations regarding group activities and logistics.
- Manage all post-contract client communications, including payment collection, rooming lists, points issuance and program details.
- Assist with sales reporting and administrative tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned—because we’re all about teamwork!
Who You Are
- Experienced with Opera V5 and/or Opera Cloud (required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Cvent knowledge is a plus.
- Experienced in multi-property operations or eager to learn.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
- An excellent communicator with strong writing, grammar, and follow-up skills.
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys thinking outside the box.
- A team player with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and spend extended time seated at a desk or computer.
- Fully remote position with a stable internet connection required. And a dedicated space to work without interruptions.
- Primarily indoor work with minimal environmental changes.
