SUMMARY: In the role of Hotel Maintenance, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of hotel facilities through effective maintenance and preventative measures. The goal is to ensure that the hotel is in a good & safe condition at all times. Additionally, your customer service and leadership abilities will contribute to a positive guest experience, making you a key asset in maintaining our hotel's high standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and other hotel facilities to ensure optimal operation;
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise;
• Communicate with the Front Desk & Housekeeping department at all times;
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests regarding maintenance issues;
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Quore;
• Other job-related duties assigned by management;

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma;
• Professional Certifications (i.e. CMRP or HVAC certified) are preferred;
• Two years experience in building operations (hotel preferred);
• Experience with preventative maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, etc.;
• Experience working with emergency systems (i.e. generators, fire systems, etc.);
• Experience with general repairs (i.e. painting, dry wall, wallpaper, caulking, carpet, ceramic tile, drop ceiling, etc.);
• Excellent customer service, organizational & communication skills.

* Must be available to work rotating shifts (AM, PM & midnights), including weekends & holidays.
