Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid background in industrial maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to facilities management, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while performing maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical equipment.
• Collaborate with Hotel management teams on facility upgrades, repairs, and new installations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schematics and technical documentation.
• Provide training to staff on best practices in maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Some experience in Plumbing & Electrical.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and facilities management principles.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
• Experience with project management methodologies is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics related to electrical and mechanical systems.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
