About Us

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established 3-star business hotel group with properties in Thanjavur and Kodaikanal, and a new branch opening soon in Trichy. Known for its warm hospitality and steady stream of business and leisure travelers, this hotel group is expanding its leadership team and looking for an experienced hotel manager to drive operations and guest experience at one of its branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle escalated complaints professionally
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training across departments
• Monitor occupancy, ADR, and revenue targets; coordinate with sales/OTA channels for bookings
• Control operational budgets, vendor contracts, and cost management
• Maintain compliance with hotel licensing, safety, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with ownership/management on business performance and growth plans
• Recruit, train, and mentor front-line and department staff

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial/supervisory role (preferred)
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of hotel PMS software, OTA management, and MS Office
• Fluent in English & Tamil; Hindi is an added advantage
• Sound understanding of budgeting, P&L, and cost control
• Presentable, professional, and guest-first mindset
• Willingness to relocate/travel between branches if required
