Hotel Night Receptionist

This isn’t your ordinary Night Receptionist job. There’s no over the counter check-in here. At YOTEL we have check in kiosks where we walk our guests through check in at a pace they set. From Self Service to hand holding, you’ll be managing guests in a variety of ways.

We are looking for a superstar night receptionist to join our Mission Control team. Fantastic customer service skills are a must. A knowledge of the local area to support guests as needed is desired.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities:

• Updating internal systems of guest presence.
• Support & completion of night audits.
• Maintaining security of the building at all times.
• Taking payment for outstanding charges and keeping accurate records of these.
• Guest satisfaction and interaction.
• Working with the Sales & Revenue departments to highlight key corporate leads based on booking trends.
• Maintaining general cleanliness of lobby area and other public areas
• Assisting F&B team to drive drinks sales and provide late night refreshment for residents (training provided).

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.66 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
