About The Role

The Impact You’ll Make

You’ll be the driving force behind daily hotel performance, ensuring every department works in sync to deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience.

You will:

• Oversee Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Events operations
• Champion 4-star service excellence across the property
• Lead, coach, and motivate department heads and supervisors
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride
• Turn guest feedback into action and service improvements
• Balance quality delivery with strong commercial performance
• Support high-profile weddings and major events
• Act as senior Duty Manager when required

Your leadership will be seen, felt, and experienced by both guests and staff every day.

You’re an experienced hotel leader who is:

✔ Confident managing multiple departments

• 3+ years in a senior hotel operations, deputy, or assistant manager role
