With over 200 years of history, the property offers a retreat from daily life in the heart of the Boyne Valley, just thirty minutes from Dublin City centre.

Job description

We are currently looking for a full-time Hotel Porter to join our dedicated F &B team. A car or lift is needed as it is a remote location (C15 F2XA). This is a full -time position and involves weekdays and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

· Assist guests with luggage to and from their rooms.

· Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.

· Deliver room service items and amenities as required.

· Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and entrance areas.

· Set up meeting and event rooms according to event briefs.

· Support Food & Beverage operations, including setting up and clearing conference refreshment breaks, buffets and event spaces.

· Assist with the turnaround of meeting rooms between events.

· Ensure all meeting and event areas are clean, tidy and well-presented.

· Support reception and housekeeping teams as required.

· Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €14.25 per hour
