Main Responsibilities will include: This is a hands-on, labour-intensive position that requires physical stamina, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.

Guest Arrival & Departure

• Assist with luggage handling (lifting, carrying, and delivering to rooms)
• Maintain a clean, presentable lobby and entrance area

Function & Event Setup

• Set up and break down function rooms for meetings, weddings, and events
• Arrange tables, chairs, staging, and equipment as required
• Reset rooms quickly and efficiently between events
• Ensure all event spaces are clean and ready for use

Cleaning & General Duties

• Carry out general cleaning duties across public areas and back-of-house
• Assist with waste removal and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Support the overall upkeep of the hotel

Housekeeping Support

• Assist housekeepers with linen, deliveries, and room servicing tasks
• Move beds, furniture, and equipment as needed
• Help prepare rooms during busy periods

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week

• Carlingford, County Louth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
