About Us:
An Chúirt Hotel is a 4* family run hotel known for exceptional guest service and warm hospitality. We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued guests.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms
  • Provide accurate information about rooms, rates, facilities, and local attractions
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Uphold hotel standards of service and presentation at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or front desk (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with hotel booking systems and MS Office (training provided if necessary)
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

An Chúirt is nestled in the beautiful Donegal countryside with the iconic Errigal Mountain as it's backdrop.
