We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham in Wrexham. Are you a warm and approachable person who prioritises customer service? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
The successful candidate will have the ability to provide excellent customer service in a busy environment as you will be the first and last point of contact in the hotel. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers; personally ensuring that our guests always receive exceptional service and that all aspects of the operation are maintained and presented to the highest possible standard. You will have previous hotel reception experience though not necessary as full training is provided with meals on duty.
Part time Receptionist required to work any 2 days out of 7. This role will be for the weekend shifts consisting of morning or evening shifts, 16 hours a week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
