Quest Atrium serviced apartment offers guests a relaxed and comfortable Wellington accommodation experience perfect for short or long stays. We have 50 serviced apartments including Studios, One Bedroom, and Two Bedroom Apartments conveniently located within Wellington's main shopping area and is an easy walk to the Wellington CBD and Parliament.

We are looking for an energetic person to be part of our team in providing the best accommodation experience for our guests. You will need to bring your great customer service and communication skills as well as being computer literate.

The work schedule will be 5 days a week including one day weekend, hours will be rostered from morning 7am till late afternoon.

Daily duties involved but not limited to the following:

• Front desk activities include check-in, check-out, and taking payments from guests
• Handling reservations, guest enquiries, and issues
• Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Passion for customer service and delivering an outstanding guest experience
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to complete assigned duties

Our ideal person that we are looking for needs to have the following:

• Front desk exposure with 1-2 years experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills including proficiency in English
• Experience in Reservations Management System
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• A can-do attitude to work
• A solution-focused approach to problem-solving
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to follow instructions and work to timeframes
• An approachable, friendly demeanor
• High standards of personal presentation
• Flexibility to work over weekends, and public holidays

We are looking for a team member who is energetic and keen to learn, with a polished phone manner, and confident with customer service. Must have excellent organisational and communication skills, work well within the group, and possess great initiative for problem-solving. Prior front desk experience is preferred.
