The Lord Bagenal Inn is currently recruiting a receptionist to join their team.

Full Time Position - 5 shifts over 7 days

Main duties:

Responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests.

Ensure the front office runs smoothly.

Deal with bedroom, restaurant & meeting room enquiries and bookings.

Deal with any guest queries/issues in a prompt and professional manner.

Have full product knowledge of the hotel.

Computer literate, including Microsoft packages.
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills
A genuine interest in the hospitality industry

Fluent English
Available to work various shifts including morning, evening & weekends.

Rostered hours will be over a seven day period.
