We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Revenue Manager to join our team.
This is a great opportunity to play pivotal in the continued growth & success of the hotel.
About The Role
Some Key Responsibilities
- Maximise Yield Across Revenue Streams: Develop and implement strategies to optimise financial results by anticipating demand and leveraging data-driven insights.
- Identify and Expand Revenue Channels: From room bookings and F&B sales to vending operations, identify all revenue-generating opportunities and establish sustainable data collection and analysis frameworks.
- Strategic Rollout: Lead the successful implementation of revenue strategies across the property.
- Collaborative Execution: Work closely with department heads and general manager to align revenue goals with operational capabilities.
