The Arlington Hotel, part of the Fitzgerald Group, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Group Revenue Manager to drive our revenue strategy and maximize performance across our hotel portfolio.

About The Role

About the Role

As Group Revenue Manager, you will take full ownership of our revenue management and distribution strategies, working closely with the Hotel Area Manager, General Managers, and Head Office.

Your mission: optimize pricing, forecast performance, manage inventory, and ensure we deliver the best possible return on every room — while maintaining the outstanding guest experience that the Arlington Hotel is famous for.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement sales, pricing, and distribution strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and hotel performance, providing insightful reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Oversee the booking and reservations process, ensuring systems are accurate, efficient, and up to date.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns with revenue goals.
  • Train and support hotel teams on revenue systems and best practices.
  • Assist in the annual business plan — setting realistic budgets, sales targets, and pricing structures.
  • Work proactively to identify new revenue opportunities and distribution channels.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel revenue management or a similar role.

    • Proven success in developing and executing effective pricing and yield strategies.
    • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Expertise with hotel PMS, CRS, and channel management systems.
    • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
    • Based in Ireland and eligible to work full-time.
