Position Summary:

As a Sales Manager at Four Points by Sheraton, you will be instrumental in generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships to increase hotel revenue. This position demands a proactive, organized, and target-driven individual who thrives on achieving results. Working closely with the Director of Sales and cross-functional teams, you’ll create customized sales strategies to meet client needs, enhance guest experiences, and contribute to the hotel’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities within designated market segments such as corporate accounts, catering, events, group bookings, and more.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, improve customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty.

Revenue Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets by strategizing and implementing effective sales tactics.

Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure client requirements are accurately documented and executed.

Event Planning & Coordination: Partner with event and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of group bookings, meetings, and events.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and keep sales strategies competitive.

Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activity, revenue, and key metrics to the Director of Sales, ensuring transparency and alignment with hotel goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,032.00 - $59,997.00 per year
