Description:
As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for supporting our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

About your role:

Assist in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, ensuring they are up to our standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Assist in stocking housekeeping carts and storerooms with linen, cleaning supplies, and amenities to ensure housekeeping staff has everything they need to perform their duties efficiently.
Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, including delivering extra amenities, linens, and other supplies upon request.
Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to promptly address any guest or operational needs, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Skills and Experiences:
About you:

Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
