Introduction:

Description:
As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for supporting our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

About your role:

• Assist in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, ensuring they are up to our standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in stocking housekeeping carts and storerooms with linen, cleaning supplies, and amenities to ensure housekeeping staff has everything they need to perform their duties efficiently.
• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, including delivering extra amenities, linens, and other supplies upon request.
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to promptly address any guest or operational needs, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Skills and Experiences:
About you:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
