Residential Cleaner
We are seeking a Residential Cleaner to join our team! You will perform a variety cleaning and organizing duties.
Responsibilities:
- Clean residential homes, or office locations
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Complete checklists provided
- Ensure a clean and orderly environment
- Sterilize various tools and equipment
- Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
- Maintain the working condition of cleaning equipment
- Driving and google navigation is required
- Using scheduling application for clocking in and out
- Communication with the manager
- Arriving on time
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is Required
- Must have a driver's license
- Must be proficient with smart phone applications including google maps
- Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Trustworthy, compassionate, and understanding
- Flexible
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Reliable, punctual and organized
- You are a good Listener and all-around communicator
- Excellent customer service skills required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
