The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, excellent time management abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage laundry tasks, including washing, folding, and organizing clothes.
• Prepare meals as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to meet client preferences.
• Maintain organization in all areas of the home, ensuring that items are stored appropriately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required;
• Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within designated timeframes.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain orderliness in clients' homes.
• Ability to perform laundry duties with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and understand their needs.
