What you’ll do

You’ll provide professional cleaning services for:

• Standard/recurring cleanings
• Deep cleanings
• Move-out / move-in cleanings

You’ll be working in customers’ homes, so professionalism, respect, and attention to detail are a must.

Who we’re looking for

We’re a great fit for someone who is:

• Dependable and punctual
• A strong communicator (responds quickly, confirms jobs, updates if anything changes)
• Detail-oriented and willing to follow company SOPs
• Positive, respectful, and professional with clients
• A self-starter who brings consistent effort every visit

Experience:

• Preferred: 1–2 years cleaning experience minumum
• Not required: If you’re newer, we can work with you if you’re coachable and reliable

Must-haves (non-negotiable)

• Reliable transportation and supplies
• Ability to show up on time and complete jobs to standard
• Ability to communicate clearly and consistently

Pay + perks

• $25–$30/hr (based on experience/performance)
• 100% of tips are yours and year end bonus

Equipment required

Cleaners must have their own basic supplies, including:

• Vacuum + mop
• Towels/rags + duster
• Broom
• Cleaning solutions for common surfaces (tile, hardwood, etc.)

Background standards

To protect our clients and team, we run screening appropriate for in-home services. Certain convictions may disqualify candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay Range: $25–$30/hr (based on experience)
