Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality and safety
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff alike
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards
• Adhere to health regulations and cleanliness standards specific to hospitality environments
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required during off-peak hours

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience highly preferred for understanding guest service expectations
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
