Housekeeper

• Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and waste removal.
• Maintain resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces according to established cleaning standards.
• Follow infection prevention and control (IPAC) best practices.
• Safely handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in accordance with WHMIS guidelines.
Assist the facility team as needed to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and resident comfort.

• Previous housekeeping experience in Long-Term Care or Retirement Homes (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of proper WHMIS procedures.
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Professional, flexible, and positive attitude.
