Housekeeper – Job Description

Title: Housekeeper

Reports To: Management

Summary

Bespoke Property Management prides itself on their ability to offer resort-style service to their elite clientele. This coming Spring, BPM is looking to add two more Housekeepers to their team. The Housekeeping team is responsible for keeping the interior of all summer homes and their outbuildings in pristine condition.

Job Duties

• Responsible for maintaining the flawless interior of summer homes, including but not limited to:
• Washing and vacuuming of floors
• Washing of walls and ceilings
• Dust all surfaces
• Spot cleaning glass as needed
• Clean kitchens, including but not limited to:
• Clean and empty fridges as needed
• Clean cupboards and drawers
• Stock and empty dishwashers
• Clean and restock bathrooms
• Clean and restock gyms and spas
• Ensure storage areas are organized
• Remove all garbage, clean inside garbage and recycling bins
• Responsible for cleaning of linen and towels
• Responsible for changing bedding and towels
• Polish all chrome
• Clean and empty fireplaces
• Ensure all obscure spaces are clean, for example:
• Tops of soap and condiment containers
• Under beds
• Between blinds
• Wallboard spacing
• Baseboard & crown-molding
• Inside dishwashers
• Responsible for recognizing dry-cleaning concerns
• Responsible for ensuring technology is working (speaker systems, tv’s)
• Assist exterior housekeepers whenever necessary
• Assist landscape or property team whenever necessary
• Inform Manager when repairs or pest control are needed
• Inform Manager when cleaning supplies are needed
• Assist with opening and closing properties

Requirements

• 2 years of cleaning experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Ability to follow dress code
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Able to work with clients sensitively, tactfully and professionally at all times
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check

Work Conditions

• Physical ability to lift up to 20lb
• Ability to work Monday through Friday
• Overtime as required
• Hazards associated with the trade
• Work primarily indoors

Work Details

• Contract Position: June 1st through October 9th 2026 with the possibility for extension
• Wage between $24 - $25 per hour based on experience
• Signing bonus $200 following 90 day probationary period
• Completion bonus $300 following end of contract date

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
