Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help uphold our reputation for excellence and ensure every space is spotless, sanitized, and inviting. WEEKENDS WILL BE REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene across all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and floors
• Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces pristine
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally
• Manage custodial tasks efficiently to ensure all spaces are well-maintained and organized
• Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation procedures, and laundry operations
• Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and housekeeper management is a plus
• Familiarity with safety standards related to custodial work and chemical handling
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
