Job Overview
We are seeking a part time cleaner for our lovely small care home, duties will be to carry out cleaning to high standard in resident bedrooms so they can live in a nice clean environment, occasionally communal area cleaning when our main house keeper is on annual leave, hours will be during week Monday to Friday between 16-22 hours to suit both parties start/finish time can be arranged/agreed to suit also, DBS will required, in house training induction given, weekly pay, immediate start after DBS and References, permanent contractual role £11.50
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Skills
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with colleagues.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina, as the role involves standing for long periods and performing manual tasks.
