(2) full time 40 hours full time morning/day shift housekeeper positions available. includes every other weekend

MI Residential Apartment Building: 1 FT housekeeper (8a-4:30p M-F includes some weekends) needed to clean common areas of senior apartment buildings and assist with apartment turnovers

MI Nursing Restorative Center: 1 FT housekeeper (7a-3:30p includes every other weekend) needed to clean resident rooms, offices and common areas of Nursing center with long term care/rehab/memory care units.

RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Must be able to clean resident rooms, day rooms, utility rooms, treatment rooms, shower and tub rooms and office areas in the following manner:

• Dry mopping of floor.
• Wet mopping of floor.
• Dusting of furniture, ledges and lights.
• Spot washing of walls.
• Washing of any type of furniture.
• Cleaning of sinks, toilets, showers and bath tubs.
• Removal of refuse.
• Answer call lights.
• Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to speak, read and write in English
• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred
