Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to high standards of cleanliness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from dust, dirt, and debris.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial.
• Experience in custodial work or floor care will be advantageous.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
