Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and a proactive approach to housekeeping tasks.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are spotless and well-maintained.
• Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
• Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
