Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeper/Maintenance Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and maintenance activities within our facility. This role combines hands-on housekeeping duties with leadership responsibilities in facilities management, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, mechanical knowledge, and experience in industrial maintenance to lead a team effectively and maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and functionality of the facility.
• Oversee maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building repairs.
• Supervise a team of housekeeping staff
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, electrical systems, and industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to document procedures clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.56 - $27.16 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
