We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including hotels, residential homes, and commercial establishments. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-maintained.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Manage housekeeping supplies effectively, ensuring adequate stock levels for cleaning materials.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with carpet cleaning and maintenance as required to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of custodial duties and housekeeping management is beneficial.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
