We’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Housekeeping Associate to join our crew. You’ll play a key role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring our rooms and public areas reflect the bold Moxy brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, public areas, and back of house spaces
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Follow health & safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Work efficiently to meet daily productivity targets
- Deliver friendly and approachable service when interacting with guests
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and energetic personality
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
