About the Role

La Nature Hotels & Resorts is looking for detail-oriented and disciplined Housekeeping Associates to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation across our luxury property. This role is critical in delivering a flawless guest experience aligned with premium hospitality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, and public areas to luxury standards
• Ensure rooms are perfectly set up before guest arrival
• Follow SOPs for hygiene, sanitation, and linen management
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain stock of housekeeping supplies and amenities
• Adhere to grooming and presentation standards at all times

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in housekeeping (hotel/resort preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Physically active and able to handle daily operational tasks
• Well-groomed with a disciplined work approach
• Basic communication skills (Hindi required; English is a plus)
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work flexible shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
