Introduction:
Daydream Island Resort & Living Reef is located in the heart of Queensland’s Whitsunday Islands and the gateway to the World Heritage-listed Great Barrier Reef. With stunning views out to the impossibly blue waters of the Whitsundays, it is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the island.
The island is one of the closest Whitsunday islands to the mainland (Airlie Beach) with spectacular 30-minute ferry ride to work each day.
Description:
If you have high standards of cleaning, attentional to detail and excellent efficiency our guests.
This is a live off island position.
About the role:
Clean and service guest rooms to a high standard
Replenish amenities, linen and towelling to ensure rooms are guest ready
Mainting housekeeping equipment and report any maintenace issues
Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests
Skills and Experiences:
About you:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred, not essential)
A strong eye for detail and pride in presentation
Ability to work efficiently, both independently and in a team
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Positive attitude and commitment to high guest service standards
