The Noralta Motor Inn Inc. provides quality accommodations and services to guests working and staying in Rainbow Lake. Operating similar to a hotel but with a camp-style setup, our focus is on providing clean, comfortable rooms and a welcoming environment for our guests.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations, ensuring a positive guest experience every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, restock towels, toiletries, and other room amenities.
• Empty trash, clean floors, and sanitize high-touch areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including safe chemical handling.
• Maintain cleaning carts and equipment in good working order.
• Ensure rooms are marked as “clean” in the system upon completion.
• Assist with laundry services (washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens).
• Adhere to company policies, including dress code and safety protocols.
• Provide courteous, respectful service to guests and co-workers.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience is an asset but not required – training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and push carts for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Work Schedule:

• This is a full-time position, following a 14-day on / 7-day off shift rotation (camp schedule).
• Shifts are 8 hours per day, primarily during daytime hours, with occasional flexibility required to meet operational needs.
