Job Summary:

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor with 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry to oversee daily housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Management:

• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance.
• Implement and enforce housekeeping standards, checklists, and quality control measures.
• Conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and prepared on time for check-ins.
• Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly.

Staff Supervision & Training:

• Assign tasks and monitor housekeeping staff to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct regular training sessions on cleaning procedures, hygiene protocols, and safety measures.
• Ensure staff adheres to hotel policies and maintains discipline.
• Assist in shift scheduling and workload distribution.

Inventory & Supplies Management:

• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning materials, ensuring proper stock levels.
• Maintain records of inventory usage and coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager for procurement.
• Implement cost-effective inventory control measures.

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure all areas meet hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Implement safety and sanitation protocols as per industry regulations.
• Report maintenance issues or damages for timely resolution.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain housekeeping records and submit daily reports to the Housekeeping Manager.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on housekeeping trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a supervisory housekeeping role within the hospitality industry.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Leadership, team management, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills, support in hiring staff.
• Knowledge: Housekeeping operations, hygiene protocols, linen management, and cleaning techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
