Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Manager to oversee the management and operations of our properties on Penelakut Island. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning living environment for our membership, while also ensuring the financial health and stability of the properties.

Key Responsibilities:

· Tenant Relations: Managing tenant applications, leases, and move-in/move-out processes. Addressing tenant concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

· Property Maintenance: Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of property maintenance and repairs, including preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and capital improvements.

· Financial Management: Managing rent collection, preparing financial reports, and adhering to budgetary guidelines.

· Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations and safety standards.

· Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

· Property Inspections: Conducting regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties are well-maintained.

Qualifications: Experience in property management, preferably in a residential setting. Strong understanding of housing regulations and safety standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in property management software and basic computer skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,549.61-$95,356.57 per year

Work Location: In person
