Job Description

We are looking for professionals with 3 - 15 years of experience in Recruitment Operations or Candidate Assessment to support end-to-end hiring coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, along with hands-on experience in interview scheduling, candidate engagement, and offer management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidate assessment and recruitment coordination activities.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct offer discussions and support offer negotiations.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from interview scheduling to onboarding.

Required Skills

• Experience in Candidate Assessment, Recruitment Coordination, or Recruitment Operations.
• Hands-on experience in interview scheduling and coordination.
• Experience in offer discussions and offer negotiation.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
